Developing The Leader Within You
Master Mind Study Overview

In this newly revised book, we gain additional wisdom from reading about the leadership insights and practices John has learned in the decades since the first book appeared. This remains the first book John recommends people read to start their leadership journey. And, it’s the book he recommends leaders use to mentor others in leadership.
In this 3 week master mind, we will cover:

  • The Key to Leadership: Priorities
  • The Quickest Way to Gain Leadership: Problem Solving
  • The Extra Plus in Leadership: Attitude
  • The Price Tag of Leadership: Self-Discipline
  • The Expansion of Leadership: Personal Growth
Participants will need to read the associated chapters from John Maxwell’s book: Developing The Leader Within You: 2.0. The participant will receive a review guide through email.

What is a Mastermind Study?

There is synergy of energy, commitment and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group. My facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. By bringing fresh ideas and a different perspective, my masterminds can help you achieve success.
Key Benefits of a Mastermind Group:
  • Increase your own experience and confidence
  • Sharpen your business and personal skills
  • Add an instant and valuable support network
  • Get honest feedback, advice and brainstorming
  • Borrow on the experience and skills of the other members
  • Study Leadership, Communications and Growth principles/practices in a group setting, create an action plan and have the group hold you accountable for fulfilling your plan and goals.
  • Receive critical insights into yourself
  • Optimistic peer support in maintaining a positive mental attitude
  • A sense of shared endeavor – there are others out there
Each session is an interactive group discussion that is facilitated by a John Maxwell certified coach and lasts approximately 60-90 minutes each week.  Participants will read the associated chapters of the book in advance of each session.
This event can qualify for 4.5 hour of continuing education (PDU, CEU, etc) to help maintain your certification.
