21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Grant Evaluation Services
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant requires an external program evaluator. Our evaluation services include:
- conducting site visits, interviews, and focus groups
- developing the overall plan for evaluating the program
- help staff collect data using appropriate methods
- support appropriate data measurements
- collect, analyze, and interpret data
- prepare data for online submission for state and federal reporting
- provide ongoing evaluation of data and program efforts
- providing a final report with findings and recommendations

Grades / Test Scores
We look at improvement in grades and standardized test scores (DIBELS, PSSA, CDT, AIMSweb, etc.) as part of the grant evaluation.
Parent / Student & Teacher Feedback
We survey and interview the parents, students, and teachers and incorporate their feedback into the evaluation.
Behavioral Improvement
We include the students' behavioral improvements as part of the program evaluation.
STEM / STEAM Activities
We include the STEM / STEAM activities that your program uses as part of the grant evaluation.
